Conference is organizelogo pionowe v2.7d by Student Scientific Group of ICT Law which operates at Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. Group’s main areas of interest are based around ICT law with particular emphasis on:

  • cybercrime
  • personal data protection
  • intellectual property law
  • telecommunication law

Supervisor of both Group and the conference is Professor Andrzej Adamski – UN and Council of Europe consultant, distinguished expert on cybercrime, personal data protection and IT law. More information about Professor’s biography are available on our Group’s website.



In organisation of the conference we cooperate with the Cybercrime Research Centre. CRS is a newly established unit of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. Due to financial support  of the  European Commission and its Prevention of and Fight against Crime programme, a research project  on the cooperation between the law enforcement authorities and Internet service providers in prosecution of Internet-related crimes against children is carried out by CRC.
The Centre enacted by the decree of the Rector of NCU is managed by Arkadiusz Lach and employs one researcher – Andrzej Adamski.
